- The job is for an RN specializing in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology.
- The role includes working in Women's Services with a focus on Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology.
- The position requires 3 years of experience with charge nurse experience.
- The patient population includes maternal, newborn, adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients.
Job Requirements
- Must have certifications/licensure required to work as an RN in North Carolina.
- 3 years of experience with charge nurse experience needed.
- Must have skills/experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology.
Schedule Information
- Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM (night shift).
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.
- Weekend hours: Every 3rd weekend.
- No call requirements.
- Float requirements: Yes.
Additional Details
- Unit Profile: Women's Services, Floor includes 3 LDR beds, 4 Triage beds, 2 Ante-partum beds, 10 Post partum/Gyn/peds beds.
- Patient ratios are based on acuity.
- Equipment includes Philips fetal monitors with OB Trave Vue.
- Electronic Health Record system: MediTech.
- Dress code: Follow HR policy on professional dress code; no preference on scrub color.
