Job Responsibilities
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across various modes of transportation
- Ensure compliance with customers travel policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, and accommodations for domestic and international travel
- Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus)
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to act with integrity
- Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently

- Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment and openness to feedback
