Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer with ARDMS (RDCS AE) certification and recent Epic charting experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Monday through Friday day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Work in a hospital setting on the Echo/Cardiac Sonography unit
• No weekend or on-call duties required
• Responsibilities include performing ECHOs and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
• Use of Epic EMR system is required
• First-time travelers and local candidates are accepted at the same rate
• Must be able to float within scope of practice as needed
• Men must be clean-shaven to pass fit testing for respirator compliance
• No block scheduling or specific schedule requests can be accommodated
• All requested time off must be submitted up front; additional requests will not be approved

\n \n Requirements\n

• Current ARDMS (RDCS AE) certification and BLS required
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience as a cardiac sonographer
• Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months is required
• License required if applicable
• Must provide two professional references for consideration
