Position Overview:
Mayfield Brain & Spine is seeking a Complex and Deformity Spine Surgeon to join our growing team and help expand our geographic footprint in our newest location in Springboro, Ohio . This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a new market presence within a respected, physician-led practice known for excellence in spine and neurosurgical care.
The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible and fellowship-trained in complex spine surgery , with a proven commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative practice. A strong bedside manner and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role and for building lasting partnerships with both patients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery
Fellowship training in Complex and/or Deformity Spine Surgery
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Ohio
Strong communication and leadership skills
