The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform has thousands of students looking for online Spanish tutors nationally. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys — all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students. Accept on-demand tutoring requests when you’re available. Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform — no commuting required. Personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Earn progressively higher pay with the same student, up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. We handle the logistics—you just invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments. What We Look For In a Tutor Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in Spanish and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
