There are way to many social media platforms to keep up with now! We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help us get above the noise, make and post content and turn engagement into leads. 

Responsibilities:

• Create static and video content featuring MISH MASH Adventures
• Stay on top of viral trends and action them
• Using our CRM system, turn engaged viewers into leads
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Work with our digital advertising partners to increase engagement
• Monitor and report on each platforms reach and engagement weekly
• Use A/B testing to find the highest converting content 
• Attend weekly management team meetings and staff meetings providing updates and plans
• Attend meetings with digital marketing partners

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, PR, digital media or other related fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong project management skills
• Self starter
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience with social media platforms including but not limited to Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, etc
• Experience with a CRM, post scheduler, business suite
• Photo, video, content creation experience

We are open to college students, recent grads and people with real experience. We will also want to see samples of your work. While initially looking at 20-30 hours per week, if the workload requires and there are measurable results we are open to expanding this to a full time role. 

MISH MASH Adventures is a unique game concept where teams of individuals attempt to complete a variety of challenges. These challenges may be physical, logical or the floor may be lava. Often they are are a combination of those things and they are all fun. Meant to be a playground for grownups.
