Required Skills:

• At least 7 years of experience in software development delivery with a minimum of 4 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Proven track record of growing and maturing teams or leading Agile transformations.
• Familiar with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Ability to coach and train team members on Scrum and other agile practices.
• Embodies Scrum values and principles.
• Knowledge of Lean/Agile tools and techniques.
• Continuous learner mindset.
• Experience leading distributed and remote teams.
• Ability to socialize and discuss team dashboards for continuous improvement.
• Skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, transparency, and servant leadership.
• Knowledge of tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, and user stories.
• Experience applying Scrum patterns and techniques.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Required Education:

• 3-4 years of agile/Scrum Master experience.
• 2-3 years of waterfall project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master certifications preferred.

Experience:

• At least 4 years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in scaled agile environments.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence.
• Second or third level Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC).
• Additional PMP certification preferred.

Additional Information: The role primarily functions within professional IT and business office environments in South Florida, with some travel. The work environment promotes collaboration, motivation, and innovation.
