We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator with meticulous attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced work environment to join our growing administrative recruiting team in NYC.

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will support one of our most successful and tenured VP level Recruiters with sales and recruiting tasks with a primary focus on direct hire private services searches (housekeepers, nannies, drivers, personal assistants, Chief of Staff, estate managers, etc.) for our UHNW clients.

What you will do:

  • Source, screen and schedule potential candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
  • Manage complex interview coordination and scheduling through Outlook
  • Conduct interviews, collecting all relevant information for the recruiter
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our database
  • Receive client calls and emails; take job orders and intake call notes
  • Enter and update job orders and client/contact information
  • Complete reference checks and employment verifications
  • Serve as a backup point of contact for any client calls
  • Coordinate, confirm, and send detailed interview confirmations to candidates
  • Edit, draft and post ads on our job boards
  • Format and edit resumes and write descriptive candidate bios
  • Keep account executive on task with meetings, lunches, and appointments
  • Help with various administrative, marketing, and recruiting projects as needed

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced corporate setting (i.e. legal, hedge fund, executive search, hospitality, entertainment)
  • A proactive nature; able to anticipate needs and problems and quickly find solutions
  • An ability to navigate shifting priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks
  • A sharp eye for detail and precision
  • A warm and engaging personality; must be comfortable interacting with high level clients
  • Professional communication and strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; particularly with Outlook and Teams
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo as well as various CRM and ATS systems (i.e. Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo)
