A BE/BC Body Imaging Radiologist is sought to join a multidisciplinary team at Virginia Mason Medical Center, specializing in Ultrasound, Body CT, and MRI, with additional Fluoroscopy skills preferred. The role involves collaboration with various oncology specialists, teaching opportunities, and participation in clinical research, offering a flexible work environment with some remote options. Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington is seeking a full time BE/BC Body Imaging Radiologist to join our multidisciplinary care team of 28 radiologists. We are seeking candidates who have strong skills in Ultrasound, Body CT and MR. Fluoroscopy skills for GI work and joint injections are a plus. The position could provide for approximately one day per week of remote work, if desired.

We offer a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with our collegial team of dedicated providers and staff, and opportunities to teach in our radiology residency program. Additionally, we provide opportunities for clinical and quality improvement research for interested individuals.

Position highlights:

• FTE: 0.8 - 1.0
• Call: No in-house overnight call.

• Team-based approach: Collaborate to provide comprehensive screening, diagnostic, and interventional services for a wide variety of patients and participate in multidisciplinary conferences with in-house medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists and pathologists. In addition to providing care in your specialty, you have the option to read exams in other areas of radiology depending on your professional goals and training.

• BC/BE by the American Board in diagnostic radiology.
• Fellowship in specialty program preferred
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
