Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Location: Neenah, WI - On Site

What You Will Do:

• Prep and stage materials to keep extrusion lines running efficiently
• Assemble packaging boxes, including use of staplers and nail guns
• Assist with machine cleaning and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Perform quality checks, including accurate caliper measurements
• Count parts accurately and maintain correct production totals
• Document measurements, box counts, and pallet counts in company computer systems to ensure complete accuracy
• Box and label finished products according to production requirements
• Palletize finished goods and wrap completed pallets for shipping
• Deliver finalized pallets to the warehouse for shipment and inventory processing
• Support extrusion operators and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment

What You Will Need:

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and measurement skills (caliper experience preferred)
• Ability to use basic computer systems for documentation and verification
• Comfortable using hand tools, including staplers and nail guns (training provided)
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
