Our client, an industry leader in facility management, is seeking a Cleaner - Lead to join their team. As a Cleaner - Lead, you will be part of the housekeeping department supporting the cleaning and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cleaner - Lead

Location: Savannah, GA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Other (03:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate a team of cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide direction, motivation, and guidance to team members
• Conduct quality inspections within assigned areas of responsibility
• Assist with training housekeeping staff and scheduling work assignments
• Complete all housekeeping tasks and other duties assigned by management

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to complete background checks and adhere to safety protocols
• Flexibility to work the specified shift
• No prior experience required
