**Shape the Voice of a Global Brand as a Linguistic Artist!**

As a pivotal member of our Brand Copy Team, you won't just translate words; you'll translate emotion, style, and brand essence. Your linguistic artistry will ensure every message, from captivating campaigns to product descriptions, speaks directly to the hearts of our customers, shaping perceptions and driving engagement in a vital market. **What You'll Do:**
* Serve as the linguistic guardian for all brand communications, meticulously reviewing, proofreading, and editing translated content to ensure unparalleled accuracy, clarity, and grammatical perfection.
* Masterfully translate compelling brand copy from English into Italian, capturing the brand's distinct tone and style.
* Collaborate closely with the Brand Copy Team to align on messaging strategies and maintain a consistent, powerful tone of voice for the Italian market.
* Champion the brand's voice and tone guidelines, ensuring seamless consistency across all Italian communications.
* Partner with our team of linguists for other languages, fostering a unified global messaging strategy and tone of voice.
* Engage with our Language Service Providers to ensure strategic alignment on all translated content.
* Conduct insightful research into industry trends, competitor landscapes, and target audience preferences to ensure our messaging is always relevant and impactful in the Italian market.
* Work hand-in-hand with Creative Production, designers, and other key stakeholders to guarantee consistent, timely, and high-quality content delivery.
* Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the Italian Style Guide, ensuring its harmony with global linguistic standards.
* Embrace feedback as an opportunity for growth, readily making revisions to meet evolving project demands.
**What You'll Bring:**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Native Italian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated translation experience.
* Demonstrated ability to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging copy with impeccable grammar and style when translating from English to Italian.
* Proficiency in Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and familiarity with translation management systems.
* Strong strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to make decisions that support business objectives in the Italian market.
* Exceptional proofreading and editing skills with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
* A collaborative mindset and a proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Robust organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines.
* A proactive willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges.
* Flexibility to accommodate occasional requests outside of standard business hours.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Prior experience translating for a luxury, retail, or other globally recognized brand.
