Production Worker

We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team in Biddeford, Maine. In this role, you will collaborate with a partner to assemble products utilized in the aerospace industry. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to stand for an 8-hour shift, and strong teamwork skills. While manufacturing experience is not mandatory, it is preferred. This opportunity is available for the 2nd shift only.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble aerospace products with a partner.
• Maintain high levels of hand-eye coordination.
• Stand and work effectively for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Collaborate closely with coworkers to ensure smooth production.

Essential Skills:

• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Capability to remain on feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Basic math skills and aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or an equivalent field is preferred.

Work Environment:

The work environment is bright and lively, with music playing and employees working closely with a partner. Expect to be standing for the entirety of your shift, engaging in repetitive tasks. Smocks and safety glasses are required to ensure safety. Please note that phones are not allowed on the production floor.

This is a Permanent position based out of Biddeford, ME.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
