Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing

We are seeking six senior-level Sales and Marketing executives to serve as Executive Vice Presidents and lead our continued growth throughout the Scottsdale metropolitan area. This role is designed for accomplished leaders with a strong background in home décor, office décor, or consulting , who thrive in fast-growing, performance-driven environments.
As an EVP, you will be responsible for setting sales and marketing direction, accelerating revenue growth, building elite teams, and expanding our B2B client base. Following a successful 90-day performance period , each EVP will be positioned to lead and scale their own division .

What You’ll Do
Direct and manage all sales and marketing initiatives within your assigned division
Design and implement revenue-driving and brand growth strategies
Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales and marketing professionals
Drive new business development and long-term client relationships
Utilize CRM and technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and improve results
Partner with executive leadership to support company-wide objectives
Identify emerging market trends and expansion opportunities
Serve as a senior ambassador for the company across industries
What We’re Looking For
Senior or executive-level experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Industry experience in home décor, office décor, or consulting required
Demonstrated success building, leading, and scaling teams
Strong B2B sales background with proven growth results
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a results-focused mindset
