South Heart Clinic (SHC) is actively recruiting for an  Interventional Cardiologist to join our well-established, busy, and reputable group of 12 physicians. With a formidable reputation for providing a strong culture of compassionate care to patients in a region with 1.4 million people, SHC has been the leading practice in South Texas since 1983.

The SHC currently serves patients in Brownsville, Harlingen, McAllen, and Weslaco, but it needs additional providers to serve the Rio Grande Valley population. This is a terrific opportunity to join a successful and growing practice as we continue to expand in Cameron and Hidalgo counties.

Position Highlights:

• Collegial atmosphere with the support, mentorship opportunities, and flexibility to grow your practice in a family-like environment

• APP's support physicians
• Call rotation/STEMI approximately 1:4 weekends (12 weekends per year)
• Cath Lab & CDV Surgery centers within area hospitals in Harlingen & Weslaco
• Excellent benefits package including malpractice, health insurance, PTO, CME
• Opportunity to become an equity partner after two years employed
• Board Certified or Board Eligible and Texas Medical License or Eligible
• Spanish speaking is preferred but is not required
• Future opportunities to participate in the practice's real estate development or other business opportunities
