Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
• Perform audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base
• Advise clients on a variety of tax planning and compliance matters
• Conduct financial analysis and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and tax laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
• Proven experience in financial analysis, account management, and reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a drive to excel in a dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and business development acumen
