JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ANALYST TRAINEE ALIGNED TOIT& INTEGRATED SMART OPERATIONS: Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai and Kochi. Candidate must be flexible to relocate to any Cognizant work locations as per the business requirement and demand. Job description: You will be responsible for performing database queries, CRUD operations, and writing stored procedures. You will prepare and execute tests, analyze and resolve service tickets, and demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools, with a strong drive for innovation. Describe relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from database. Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures for a given Low-Level Design. Prepare test cases / scripts / data and execute manual / automated tests. Analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures. Demonstrate proficiency in tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics. Possess a strong drive to innovate & experiment in projects. Job description: You will maintain and administer computing environments, monitor production servers, and handle incident management. Additionally, you will provide support for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments. Key responsibilities: Perform activities based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Runbooks with an understanding of business impact. Adhere to customer security and compliance requirements. Follow customer communication etiquettes. Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement. Contribute to continuous service improvement plans (CSI). Participate proactively in knowledge-sharing sessions. Act as a buddy for new hires. Adhere to organizational policies and processes (including Cognizant’s security policies, LP, timelines, etc.). Job description: You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and ensuring the smooth functioning of their computer systems and IT services. Key responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries. Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving. Ability to have flawless communication (verbal and written) with our clients and possess sound technical knowledge. Work in shifts and work from office.
