About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join its Executive Team. This pivotal role goes beyond traditional risk management, encompassing the oversight of finance, information technology, strategic business operations, and risk/compliance. The CRO will be a visionary leader, responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the executive liaison with regulators, auditors, and the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will also provide executive leadership in financial operations, drive digital transformation initiatives, and champion process optimization and operational efficiency. Candidates for the CRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in financial services. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CIA, CISA, or CRCM are also preferred. The role requires a deep knowledge of enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting, as well as a proven track record in leading IT governance, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
