Front Of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Position Type: Part-time, minimum of 6 hours per shift

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak with a Friendly Tone and Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Minimum commitment of 2 years
- Be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week and have fully open availability on Saturdays
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10 - 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time (4-10 hours)
- Must be 16 years of age or older to comply with labor laws and shift restrictions
- Have reliable transportation
Starting pay ranges from $11-$17 per hour (pending availability). Leadership roles range from $21-$36+ per hour.
Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
