Front Of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type: Part-time, minimum of 6 hours per shift

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak with a Friendly Tone and Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Minimum commitment of 2 years
• Be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week and have fully open availability on Saturdays
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10 - 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time (4-10 hours)
• Must be 16 years of age or older to comply with labor laws and shift restrictions
• Have reliable transportation

Starting pay ranges from $11-$17 per hour (pending availability). Leadership roles range from $21-$36+ per hour.

Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
