Your primary responsibility will be transporting and delivering mulch, compost, and soil to our commercial clients in the region. We are looking for a candidate with a solid driving record and previous experience in truck driving. Responsibilities: CDL-B Mulch Truck Driver – Key Responsibilities Operate Mulch Blower Truck: Safely operate a CDL-B mulch blower truck to transport and install mulch, compost, and soil for both commercial and residential projects. • Equipment Use: Utilize hand and power tools required for mulch-blowing operations and routine maintenance of equipment. • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a small crew efficiently during daily work assignments, ensuring quality and productivity on-site. • Customer Interaction: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally and promptly. • Physical Capability: Perform job duties requiring full upper and lower body mobility, including climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. • Material Handling: Safely lift, push, and pull equipment and materials weighing up to 60 lbs as needed throughout the workday. • Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all company safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications: CDL-B Mulch Truck Driver – Job Qualifications Valid CDL-B License: A current and valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-B) is required. • Driving Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience with a strong safety record. • Manual Transmission Proficiency: At least 2 years of experience operating vehicles with manual transmission is required. • Clean Driving Record: Must have a clean motor vehicle record with no major violations. • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interacting professionally with both team members and customers. • Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with Charlotte, Concord, and surrounding areas is preferred. • Navigation Skills: Ability to read and follow GPS, maps, and written directions accurately. • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
