Job Overview As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet cleaning, and any additional experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus. Certifications in cleaning and restoration are valuable but not required. Key Responsibilities Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning using professional-grade equipment and techniques. Provide exceptional customer service , ensuring client satisfaction with every job. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about the cleaning process and expected results. Qualifications & Skills Experience in carpet cleaning preferred. Experience in water restoration and mold mitigation is a plus. IICRC or other certifications in cleaning and restoration are a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills —must be professional, courteous, and client-focused. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
