Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia Employment: Full-time Kidspeech Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage insurance authorizations, billing, claims, payments, and patient accounts for our pediatric speech therapy clinics. This role ensures timely, accurate reimbursement from Medicaid, commercial insurance, and families. Key Responsibilities * Verify insurance and Medicaid benefits. * Submit clean claims and manage rejections/denials. * Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs. * Manage accounts receivable and aging reports. * Prepare patient statements and answer billing questions. * Ensure compliance with Medicaid and HIPAA rules. *Team Player with good communication skills. Qualifications * 3+ years medical billing experience (therapy or pediatrics preferred). * Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 and Medicaid rules. * Experience with EMRs (TheraNest, SimplePractice, Fusion, etc.). * Strong accuracy, communication, and follow-through.
