*Duties*

* Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
* Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
* Manage food preparation and production processes while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately.
* Conduct inventory control to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
* Train and develop staff in various roles, including Dominos standards, customer service, and restaurant policies.
* Assist in financial management to optimize profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the restaurant environment.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
* Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

*Experience*

* Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced food service environment.
* Strong knowledge of food handling practices.
* Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures.
* Background in hospitality management with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
* Familiarity with training & development initiatives for staff members.
* Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple tasks under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $15.50 - $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
