Job Summary:
The Activities Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the activities desk agents. This role involves training, supervising, coaching, and leading the team to meet property goals, which include providing outstanding guest service and enhancing employee engagement. The manager supervises and assists in selling tickets for activities at the Grand Teton Lodge Company locations and maintains accurate records. The manager works with various department heads to coordinate scheduled activities and special events and posts changes for the special events. Works with tour/groups
that book activities and ensures all billing is posted correctly.

Hospitality :
You must be committed to superior guest service and quality standards. As a team member of your department you play a key role ensuring the team’s success and achievement of meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations. Our goal is to receive a minimum of 88% on our guest comment scores. Must consistently provide legendary hospitality experiences to internal & external guests alike.
Environmental:
The Grand Teton Lodge Company is entrusted with protecting the environment of Grand Teton National Park. As part of this mission you are responsible for carrying out our core environmental values: promote renewable energy, reduction of waste, protection of wildlife habitat, and environmental education. You should strive to preserve, protect and inspire your team members and our guests to join in this effort.

You are responsible for working in a safe and healthy manner. You must be knowledgeable of the company’s work safe policies and procedures.
National ParkS/Community
Relations:
You must be committed to working in partnership with the National Park Service and community organizations to enhance our guests’ experiences. Our goal is to receive only fours and fiveson the five point rating scale used by National ParkS.
Financial:
Manage labor budget and increase activities revenue through active selling.
Administrative Duties:
You will ensure that all scheduling is correct and within budgetary guidelines. Our goal is to not have any unscheduled time.

The expected pay range is $44,000 . This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
